God desires ALL to be saved

According to Scripture,
God Himself invites ALL to be Saved (Isaiah 45:22),
and also :

Commands ALL to Repent – Acts 17:30-31
Desires ALL to be Saved – 1 Timothy 2:4 (cf. Ezekiel 18:32, 33:11, Matthew 23:37)
Died for ALL – 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 (cf. Hebrews 2:9, 10:29, 2 Peter 2:1)
Draws ALL – John 12:32
Gave His Son for ALL – John 3:16
Gives Light to ALL – John 1:9
Has Mercy upon ALL – Romans 11:32
Pours out His Spirit upon ALL – Acts 2:17 (cf. John 16:7-11)
Propitiation for ALL – 1 John 2:2 (cf. 5:19, Revelation 12:9)
Provided Faith for ALL – Acts 17:31 (Greek : Pistis)
Provided Grace for ALL – Titus 2:11
Provided Justification for ALL – Romans 5:18
Provided Salvation for ALL – Luke 3:6
Reconciled ALL – Colossians 1:20-23 (cf. 2 Corinthians 5:14-20)
Savior of ALL – 1 Timothy 4:10 (cf. Galatians 6:10)
Substitutionary Ransom for ALL – 1 Timothy 2:6 (Greek : Anti-Lutron)

Interestingly,
even John Calvin believed and taught that God invites ALL without exception :

“He invites the Whole World to the hope of Salvation,
All Without Exception,
for God so loved the World,
that He gave His Only-Begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in Him may not perish.”(Commentary on Isaiah 45:22).

“He has employed the Universal term Whosoever,
both to Invite All Indiscriminately to Partake of Life,
and to cut off Every Excuse from Unbelievers.
Such is also the Import of the term World,
which He formerly used;
for though nothing will be found in the World that is Worthy of the Favor of God,
yet He shows Himself to be Reconciled to the Whole World,
when He Invites All men Without Exception to the Faith of Christ.”(Commentary on John 3:16).

“We must also note the Universal word Whosoever.
For God admitteth All men unto Himself Without Exception,
and by this means doth He invite them to Salvation,
as Paul gathereth in the tenth chapter to the Romans,
and as the prophet had set it down before,
Thou,
Lord,
which hearest the prayer,
unto Thee shall All flesh come (Psalm 65:2).
Therefore,
forasmuch as No man is Excluded from Calling upon God,
the Gate of Salvation is set Open unto All men;
neither is there any other thing which keepeth us back from entering in,
except our own unbelief.”(Commentary on Acts 2:21)
